Since then, Carnegie has rapidly expanded its Federal Government program and is currently landlord to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the Department of Veterans Affairs and more. Developing and managing Government-leased properties for the long term is demanding work, best suited for experienced companies with a deep in-house talent pool.
