(May 2012) Carnegie Management and Development Corporation has achieved LEED Silver Certification for its Federal Bureau of Investigation – Indianapolis Field Office building. The complex is located on a 14.4 acre site north of the Castleton Mall within the Castle Creek Office Park.

“The Indianapolis FBI Field Office has set the standard as the prototype for high-security facility building development using an advanced sustainable design concept,” said Dr. Rustom R. The complex contains many energy-smart features including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, native landscaping and structural components.
