Mr. Bradford is the Director of Development and Legal Services for Carnegie Management and Development Corporation. In his capacity as General Counsel he uses all areas of his 26 years of commercial real estate experience to advise the Company. Mr. Bradford will have extensive involvement as the Company’s in-house legal counsel for all phases of the development and construction documentation and working with the Development Team in assuring compliance with all of the VA project contracts.
As a Project Manager, Mr. Bradford will have the overall responsibility for delivering the VA projects on time, on budget and above expectations. He will be involved in all aspects of the project, including lease administration, and supervising the project team during construction.
Mr. Bradford received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a dual major in Political Science and minor in History from Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio graduating Cum Laude in 1980. He received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, graduating Cum Laude in 1983.
Mr. Bradford specializes in real estate transactions handling all aspects of numerous and varied commercial real estate projects, including shopping centers, office buildings, entertainment developments, mixed use public/private projects, hotel developments, industrial, medical and commercial developments. He has represented developers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, sellers, purchasers, contractors, property managers, investment bankers, brokers and title companies in their various capacities in the commercial real estate transactions that he has worked on. |
