Internal Revenue Service Building - Springfield, Illinois |

Construction of a one-story, 30,000 s.f. single-user building. Design achievements were created by utilizing a traditional “Colonial” type of architecture and combining it with contemporary elements such as window glass banding, which accented the structure. Interior work included complete build-out of space with a beautifully dramatic lobby entry. Site construction on 4 acres required great attention to architectural and civil engineering detail to enhance the community requirements to include the project as part of the master planned office and retail development.
