Jenny Oakley is presently a Project Manager for Carnegie Management and Development Corporation.  In this position, she facilitates the construction process for various projects. 

Prior to joining Carnegie in 2009, Jenny spent the past seven years working as Project Engineer and Project Manager for general contracting firms in the Cleveland area, focusing on commercial office and retail projects and most recently public school construction. Jenny’s experience includes twenty years working for a private developer in North Carolina specializing in retail development, performing marketing and public relations tasks as well as tenant construction coordination.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from The College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio.

Jenny is a native to the Cleveland area, and is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction.
