Katherine Baginski, Property Manager

Katherine Baginski was born and raised in the Westpark Area of Cleveland, Ohio.  She is a St. Joseph Academy graduate and also attended Cuyahoga Community College to work on an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business.

Katherine joined the Carnegie Management and Development Corporation Team in the Fall of 2000.  She started in the Property Management Division with a fellow employee of First Union Real Estate Investments.  She recently re-joined the Property Management Division as a Property Manager of several of the Northwest Ohio properties in the portfolio.  Her current job is to oversee the day to day functions of all management of those properties.  Over Katherine’s ten years of service she also held the position of Director of Lease Administration, Office Manager, Human Resource Manager, Accounting Manager, Collection Manager and Property Management Assistant.

While working for First Union Real Estate Investments, prior to joining Carnegie, Katherine began her tenure in the Accounting Division, moved to Lease Administration and ended with First Union Real Estate Investments in the Human Resource Division after ten years of service.  Katherine contributes her knowledge for Commercial Real Estate and Management to the many different departments she worked in and the many knowledgeable people she worked with.

Katherine a single mother of two daughters strives, the importance of education, excellence and experience with both of her girls.  She is a proud mother of a current Ohio State University student and an Olmsted Falls High School student.
