Mr. Doukakis received his degree in Industrial Design from Kent State University and earned an additional degree in Construction Management from Columbus State. Upon graduating from Kent State he joined Bischoff and Associates, Inc. In his capacity as Project Manager he was responsible for the management and administration of several projects in excess of $10 million in the area of building construction, utility and road construction. In addition to his construction management responsibilities he directed and implemented department safety programs which included heading OSHA compliance guidelines and requirements on all projects. In January 2006, he accepted a position as Director of Construction Management and Facility Operations. With Adena Health System he directly responsible for the $350 million strategic planning capital, assisted with facility department operating budget, campus development plan and the facility master plan. In September 2009, he rejoined Carnegie as a Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of the Government Projects Division of the company. His duties include the establishment of project organization and documentation to ensure the construction progresses smoothly. |
