Sam Khouri holds the position of Director of Special Project Construction.  Mr. Khouri has over 18 years of experience as a general contractor, construction manager, and a design builder.  Samuel works in all phases of construction providing a high level of field expertise on all our new and exisitng projects.

As Director of Special Project Construction, he is responsible for construction management phase activities on new construction, build to suit, and design build Carnegie projects.  His duties include obtaining pricing proposals to ensure the process of construction from start to finish.

Mr. Khouri attended the University of Vermont where he studied liberal arts.
