Heather Silkey is presently the Construction and Lease Administration Manager for Carnegie Management and Development Corporation. 

Prior to joining Carnegie in 2010, Heather spent the last eight years working as a Property Manager for a Real Estate Services Company, Project Manager for a General Contractor and Construction Manager for a private developer in the Cleveland area.  Her experience includes property management, project management, tenant relations, lease administration, personnel supervision, operating budget preparation and common area maintenance reconciliation.

Heather was born and raised in Northeast Ohio.
