Quail Hollow, an upscale residential development, was Carnegie's first venture in residential land development. It boasts 63 executive homesites nestled into a semi-wooded, 41 acre setting with home sizes from 3,200 SF to 15,000+ SF. This three-phase project, completed in 1993, is situated in Westlake, and showcases homes that range up to $3.0 million in cost.
In 1995, Carnegie Residential Development Corporation began land acquisition for our most recent development, the 520 acre, 630 homesite, premiere golf community in Avon, Ohio named Red Tail. Red Tail is a prestigious community, lying amidst a championship 18-hole golf course designed by architect Robert von Hagge. This championship golf course, which is home to Senior Champions and hosts the U.S. Open qualifier, confirms our belief that this property, once inhabited by elegant Red Tail Hawks and Foxes, was destined to become the community of unparalleled beauty that it truly is. Carnegie is currently in the development stage of two larger Residential Communities of 250 and 500 acres, in the western and southwestern suburbs of Northeast Ohio.
